In order to simplify my life and be all of who I am, without glossing over or down playing all of my talents and abilities, my new website is a more inclusive reflection of myself as a total person.

I do many things, have many interests, and offer a unique array of personal and business services as an independent business woman.  Even though there is advice in the field that we should not mix our "professional" identities with our more subjective personality interests and subjects that may be more controversial, I have discovered that being my true, whole and vibrant self is the best approach for my continued evolution as a productive and contributing member of our human society.  I believe that bringing all of my gifts to the table is a statement of self love, appreciation and respect for all of the facets of our complex and interesting lives.

First and foremost I am in Service to the people as a genuine, authentic, creative, artistic being.  With compassion and joy I endeavor to help people lead happier, fuller, more authentic lives.

I am a mentor and coach in health, personal creativity, business and life.  I am a professional helper and facilitator in all things artistic and expressive.  I help people focus on accessing their own source of power and creating from a place of authenticity.  This is a simple truth that can be applied to all aspects of our lives, personal and professional.
